Despite the fact that Ivan Toney will still be out for a few more months, he still draws attention. The 27-year-old is undoubtedly serving a suspension for breaking the betting rules.
However, it appears that a large number of teams are ready and waiting for the January window to open. According to The Daily Express, Toney is desired by Tottenham, Arsenal, and Chelsea.
