There is no doubt that the Green Bay Packers will be excited by what Jordan Love brings to the team in 2024 and beyond.  Several reports have already stated that Love will be extended this off-season.

Despite a heartbreaking end to the season for the Packers, the future is bright.

It was widely anticipated that the Packers would struggle after Aaron Rodgers was traded away. Ultimately, however, the Packers surprised everyone by rising to the challenge and being one of the last four teams standing in their conference.  Now the Packers have added someone who used to be a weapon for Aaron Rodgers.

Nearly 10 years since he was released by the Green Bay Packers., former NFL wide receiver Myles White is coming back to Lambeau Field, this time as part of his former team’s coaching staff, per John Brice of FootballScoop.com:

White, most recently the passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach for Chuck Martin’s Miami (Ohio) squad, White is joining the NFL’s Green Bay Packers as an offensive assistant.

White played for the Green Bay Packers in the 2013 NFL season, appearing in seven games and recording 66 receiving yards with zero touchdowns on nine receptions and 12 targets. He initially signed a three-year deal with the Packers in April 2013 for $1.48 million but was released a year later.

He rejoined the Packers in 2015 as a reserve but never saw the field again for the team. In the same year, he went to the New York Giants and played 12 games for them, racking up 88 receiving yards and a touchdown on seven catches and 20 targets.

Although he is not getting a major coaching role with the Green Bay Packers, this could just be the start of a potentially bright future in the NFL for White, who played college football with the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.

Before he was hired by the Packers, White was a wide receivers coach for the Miami (Ohio) Redhawks.
