The Watford manager is optimistic about the possibilities of his club at Elland Road.
When Watford travels to Elland Road this afternoon, manager Valerien Ismael is certain his team has what it takes to’stand up’ to Leeds United’s caliber.
The Hornets, like Leeds, have had a mediocre start to the year and are now sitting one point behind Daniel Farke’s team in 14th position in the Championship table.
Despite playing one of the favorites for promotion in the Whites, Watford still has a lot of skill in its lineup, and Ismael is optimistic about his team’s chances at Elland Road.
Ismael told Watford’s official website, “I’m looking forward to the game, to playing a club who were in the Premier League last season and who have high ambitions.
“We are a team that can perform and compete against a team like Leeds, and that is what we want to achieve. Tomorrow, we’ll give it everything we’ve got to win.
