According to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, wide receiver Grant DuBose was elevated to the active roster prior to their matchup against the Chicago Bears.

The Hard Road is nothing new to Grant DuBose. While he had a meager resume in Division II, he “bet on myself” during the pandemic and earned a scholarship at Charlotte. Green Bay Packers drafted the talented receiver in the seventh round as a result of that decision.

After the draft, DuBose took another trip down the Hard Road due to a back injury. He missed rookie minicamp, OTAs, minicamp, and the start of training camp. His experience early in his college career served him well during another adversity.

Now this season, he gets a chance to play in the Packers’ offense for the biggest game of the year.  Last week we saw un-drafted wide receiver Bo Melton become the first 100-yard wide receiver on the season for Green Bay.  Could lightening strike twice?
