The Indiana Fever announced the hiring of Amber Cox as the team’s new Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. Cox brings over a decade of WNBA experience, most recently serving as the Vice President of Basketball Operations for the Los Angeles Sparks. Her impressive resume also includes stints with the NBA’s Phoenix Suns and WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury.
As COO and GM, Cox will oversee all aspects of Fever operations, including roster management, player development, and business strategy. Her expertise in basketball operations, player evaluation, and team building will be invaluable in shaping the Fever’s future.
