Frank Broyles, the beloved former head football coach and athletic director of the University of Arkansas Razorbacks, has reportedly passed away at the age of 92. According to sources close to the family, Broyles passed away peacefully at his home in Fayetteville, Arkansas, surrounded by loved ones.

Broyles, who coached the Razorbacks from 1958 to 1976, is widely regarded as one of the greatest coaches in program history. During his tenure, he led the team to several bowl game appearances, including a Cotton Bowl victory in 1965. Broyles was also instrumental in the development of the Razorbacks’ athletic program, serving as athletic director from 1973 to 2007.
