BIG COMMITMENT;Michigan in the Race for No. 1 RB Savion Hiter as Recruitment Heats Up…………… CHECK OUT EVERYTHING IN FULL

Savion Hiter, a four-star running back in the 2026 recruiting class, has emerged as a top prospect, receiving 25 offers from prominent SEC and Big Ten programs. Recently, he narrowed his choices to four universities: Tennessee, Michigan, Georgia, and Ohio State. Hiter, considered the No. 1 running back and a top-20 recruit, has been actively visiting these schools to assess their programs. In November, he visited Tennessee and praised the environment and coaching staff, noting, “The Vols is a great place to be. Their environment is crazy.”

Michigan has also made a significant impression on Hiter. He highlighted his strong relationship with Michigan’s running backs coach, stating, “Since they offered me, it’s been up there. I already had the relationship with [running backs] coach [Tony] Alford coming from Ohio State, so it was good.” This connection has elevated Michigan’s standing in his recruitment process.

As Hiter’s recruitment heats up, he plans to take official visits to each of his top four schools, setting the stage for a competitive battle among these programs. While Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals are a consideration, Hiter emphasizes they won’t heavily influence his decision. He is focused on evaluating each program’s fit and opportunities as he moves closer to making his final choice.
