Caitlin Clark receives a three-word message from the Indiana Fever following her WNBA history.

Caitlin Clark has added yet another record in a rookie year that’s been one for the WNBA history books. The Indiana Fever guard set the WNBA rookie record for most 3-pointers in a single season during Wednesday’s win over the Connecticut Sun. Clark entered the game with 85 total 3-pointers, tied with the record set by Atlanta Dream wing Rhyne Howard, but it didn’t take long to topple the record.

Clark connected on a stepback three with just over seven minutes remaining in the first quarter of Wednesday’s game, giving herself the record. She went on to make two more 3-pointers in the game, adding to her record.
