However, William Byron has not led a lap in the last nine races, and Alex Bowman has an average finish of 24 in 14 career starts at Michigan.
*Joe Gibbs Racing* has good news with Martin Truex Jr. having four runner-up finishes at Michigan, including last year, and Christopher Bell winning a series-best 10 stages this season. However, the organization has not won in the last five races, which is their longest winless streak of the season, and Truex is winless in the last 39 races.
