Head Coach Teresa Weatherspoon, a Liberty legend, was notably fired up throughout the game, even earning a technical foul while leading her team to victory. Despite missing key player Kamilla Cardoso due to injury, the Sky’s performance ignited Wintrust Arena and signaled a new era for the team.
