CONFIRMED: Former Packers Draft Pick Signs Found a new team…

Former Green Bay Packers cornerback Ka’Dar Hollman has found a new NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens, after securing a contract for the upcoming season. Hollman, a sixth-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, previously played for the Packers before being traded to the Houston Texans prior to the 2021 season. Despite not becoming a star player, Hollman has managed to prolong his NFL career, playing in 18 games for the Packers and subsequently seeing increased playing time with the Texans in the 2023 season under new head coach DeMeco Ryans.

Although his chances of becoming a full-time starter seem slim, Hollman will aim to establish a role on defense or special teams during Baltimore’s training camp and OTA periods. His journey from a former walk-on at Toledo to an NFL player is commendable, especially considering the rarity of such paths in the league.

Hollman’s move to the Ravens adds to the list of former Packers finding new teams this offseason. Notable among them is Aaron Jones, who joined the Minnesota Vikings after being released by Green Bay. Additionally, safety Jonathan Owens signed with the Chicago Bears after his tenure with the Packers. These moves, particularly Jones’ departure, resonate deeply with Packers fans, underscoring the changes in the team’s roster dynamics.
