Jayden Danns has been one of many feel-good stories in Liverpool’s season so far.

Danns is the son of former professional footballer Neil Danns – who clocked up 676 appearances while playing for the likes of Bolton Wanderers, Crystal Palace and Leicester City.

The 18-year-old lit up the various youth teams with his performances, and goal-scoring exploits earned him a passage into Jurgen Klopp’s first-team.

And it’s fair to say that the teenager took the opportunity with both hands.

He made his debut in the 4-1 win over Luton Town in the Premier League last month, coming on as a substitute and making his presence known around the pitch.
