EXCELLENT DEAL: Packers re-sign four-year contract….

As the NFL’s new league year approaches in just a week (March 13), the Minnesota Vikings front office is confronted with significant choices. General manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah finds himself tasked with decisions ranging from the team’s future at quarterback to negotiating a contract extension for JJ. Despite the demanding agenda, the Vikings have been proactive, reaching out to the Kansas City Chiefs regarding one of the league’s premier cornerbacks.

According to a recent report by Tyler Dragon in USA Today, the Minnesota Vikings are among several teams expressing interest in 27-year-old L’Jarius Sneed. Drafted by the Chiefs in 2020 alongside Justin Jefferson, Sneed has already amassed two Super Bowl victories and established himself as one of the NFL’s top cornerbacks.

Dragon highlights in his report that Sneed is recognized by NextGen Stats as one of the premier zone cover cornerbacks, conceding a mere four yards per target and no touchdowns while playing in zone coverage last season.

In a Tuesday interview, the Miami wide receiver talked about the leadership Mahomes displays in Kansas City.
