INJURY UPDATE: Sherrone Moore share a Catastrophic injuries update On Michigan wolverine Football…..

Here’s the latest update regarding the Wolverines’ injuries leading up to their game against Ohio State. Michigan entered their 11th game against Maryland in good health, with only two players listed on their injury report, one of whom was starting LT La’Darius Henderson.

Following Michigan’s 31-24 victory over Maryland, acting head coach Sherrone Moore expressed optimism about Henderson’s return for the upcoming game against Ohio State. Moore informed reporters that Henderson had been dealing with an issue but is expected to be back on the field next week.

During Saturday’s game, Myles Hinton replaced Henderson at LT but sustained an injury himself. Although Hinton seemed to be in considerable pain, there was no structural damage to his knee, according to Moore. In response, Moore shuffled the offensive line, moving Karsen Barnhart to LT and inserting Trente Jones at RT, emphasizing the team’s depth and preparedness among the O-linemen.

Apart from Hinton, another Michigan player, Roman Wilson, faced injury concerns after a high hit during the first quarter. While initially taken to the medical tent and then the locker room, Wilson was ruled out by trainers but appeared to be in good spirits on the sideline, as Moore noted the responsible approach taken by the staff regarding head-related injuries.

Linebacker Michael Barrett also sustained a minor injury, with a wrap around his left shoulder indicating an AC Sprain. However, Barrett assured reporters that he should be fine moving forward.

Michigan is gearing up to host Ohio State next Saturday, with kickoff scheduled for Noon on Fox.
