It’s restructure time for Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst and executive Russ Ball. Reshaping the salary cap — via restructures, pay cuts and releases — will free up the millions in space needed to operate this offseason.
The Packers believe a new contending window is opening. To fortify the roster in 2024, expect Gutekunst and Ball to move money around and provide freedom for player acquisition through trades and free agent signings.
