Dan Williams, hailing from South Jersey and with familial ties to the Philadelphia Eagles, finds himself coaching under the tutelage of Andy Reid, the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. Williams’ father, Ted Williams, spent two decades coaching running backs and tight ends for the Eagles, including fourteen seasons under Reid. Currently, Dan Williams, in his fifth season with the Chiefs, prepares for his fourth Super Bowl appearance, a testament to his dedication and the enduring influence of his football lineage.
Reflecting on his journey, Williams acknowledges the privilege of being part of the esteemed Kansas City Chiefs organization since 2019. A standout quarterback during his time at Timber Creek Regional High School in Sicklerville, Williams initially pursued aspirations in baseball broadcasting before embracing football during his collegiate years at Division III Stevenson University.
