Alabama corner Trey Amos sets visit to Ole Miss.
Sources tell Inside the Rebels that Alabama transfer portal cornerback Trey Amos will visit Ole Miss this weekend. Amos entered the portal on Jan. 15.
Amos was considered to be one of the Crimson Tide’s top cornerbacks during the 2023 season.
Amos will be a fifth-year senior. He spent his first three seasons at Louisiana before transferring to Alabama last May. He began the season rotating with Terrion Arnold at one cornerback spot before Arnold settled into that role and positioned himself as a likely 2024 first-round pick alongside McKinstry. Amos, however, still saw considerable playing time as Alabama’s third cornerback — including in some sub packages when Arnold moved to the slot.
