According to a source, Arsenal would have to shell out at least £60 million to get Pedro Neto from Wolves during the January transfer window.

The same source also claims that Manchester United will compete against Arsenal, so it’s not just them.

Currently, Arsenal are the favorites because they are rumored to be willing to pay more money and because they are a more desirable destination for Neto himself.

Mikel Arteta and company are anticipated to make a bid in January, but they could need to act soon to prevent a bidding war in the summer.
