According to a Talksport story, the 26-year-old has been identified as a possible successor for Mohamed Salah, who may leave England for Saudi Arabia at the end of the current campaign.

The international player from Egypt will enter the final year of his contract next summer, and Liverpool might try to sell him rather than let him leave for free after his contract expires.

The West Ham winger is also a longtime favorite of Eddie Howe.

Bowen has been in excellent form for West Ham this season, contributing to one assist and five goals across seven Premier League games. Last year, he also assisted West Ham in their victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Bowen has established himself as a consistent player in the top division, and both teams may find benefit in his acquisition.

It is unclear if Liverpool will be able to reach an amicable agreement with West Ham for the 26-year-old and bring in a quality replacement for Salah. The former Hull City star will be tempted to join clubs like Liverpool and Newcastle since they have the resources to sign the player as well.

He will be seeking to advance in his career, and it can be difficult to pass up the chance to sign with teams that can contend for major trophies.
