Man Utd star Antony arrives back in UK to ‘face police over abuse allegations’.

Although he is currently on vacation from Man Utd, Antony has returned from Brazil amid claims of abuse and violence against women.

The winger for Manchester United, Antony, has taken a flight back to the UK in order to appear before the police to answer charges of assault and battery against a female.

To help the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) with their investigation into the complaints made by the footballer’s ex-partner Gabriela Cavallin, Antony has consented to turn over his phone to the GMP.

Cavallin, who dated Antony for two years, reported the Brazilian star’s alleged “physical and psychological violence” to the GMP and So Paulo police earlier this month.

Ingrid Lana and Rayssa de Freitas then made additional assault claims, with Lana’s concerns referring to a meeting the two had in Manchester. In an interview with Brazilian TV, Antony refuted every accusation.

Antony has agreed to hand up his phone to the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) in order to assist them in their investigation into the charges made by the footballer’s ex-partner Gabriela Cavallin.
