The athlete apparently left his club’s Carrington base after their return, and the incident reportedly happened after that.

Since Bruno Fernandes scored the game’s lone goal at Turf Moor, Rashford was unable to register a goal despite playing the complete 90 minutes.

The Sun, however, claims that after arriving back at Carrington, Rashford then climbed in his Rolls Royce to go home but was involved in an accident.

His car, which is said to be worth £700,000, was dented, and pictures of the aftermath showed a traffic island that had been hurt.

Police were called to the location, however neither an ambulance nor any arrests were made.

The England international was only shocked by the prang, according to a source who spoke to The Sun, and was unharmed.

Fernandes, a teammate of Rashford’s at Manchester United, reportedly stopped to help him.

With their victory over Burnley, the Red Devils snap a three-game losing streak.

The outcome against a shady Clarets team, who asked them many questions, was unconvincing, so pressure will still be on manager Erik ten Hag.
