WWE News: Nia Jax reveals next move after getting released

In this weekly series, we spotlight three Superstars (or groups of Superstars) who are rising to prominence and three who are heading the other way. Many people’s fortunes altered after a busy week that saw Jey Uso reject the Judgment Day, LA Knight receive COVID, and Bobby Lashley demand a change in attitude from the Street Profits.

Let’s check whose stock fell the most this week with that in mind:

Dominik Mysterio is Stock Down No. 3
Dirty In a brief bout on Raw with Cody Rhodes, Dom was soundly defeated. The way this was done made it appear as though Dom didn’t belong in the same ring as Cody. The fact that Rhea Ripley wasn’t there at the fight is an acceptable explanation for Dominik’s defeat, but Rhea’s absence wouldn’t have made a difference because Rhodes won so easily. Dom ought to be more resilient in defeat, especially given that he is in possession of the championship gold.

Second-down stock: Chad Gable
In a heartfelt post from last week, Chad Gable vowed to God that he would find a way to unseat GUNTHER after failing to defeat him for the Intercontinental championship. This week, Gable failed to keep that promise, falling to Bronson Reed. Currently, it appears that Ciampa will overtake Chad as the main threat to GUNTHER.

Shayna Baszler, Piper Niven, Zoey Stark, and Chelsea Green are the first stock down.
Following her unexpected return last week, Nia Jax didn’t take long to have a significant impact on Raw. When these four ladies were competing in a tag team battle, she attacked the ring and beat the hell out of them all, establishing her dominance and serving as a constant reminder that the WWE women’s tag team division is a farce. Nia’s actions demonstrated that she is prepared to eliminate everyone in the women’s division and that no one is safe from her. Baszler and Stark, a relatively young tag team on Raw who are still attempting to get over, found this booking to be extremely difficult.

Let’s check to see whose stock rose the most this past week:

Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa in Stock Up #3
Part-timer Since Roman Reigns is no longer active, Jim Uso and Solo Sikoa have taken his place as the show’s leading heels. This includes the extensive beating of the famous John Cena in the show-closing angle and the demolition of AJ Styles this week, which resulted in his being taken away in an ambulance.

2nd Stock Up: IYO Since winning the WWE women’s championship at SummerSlam, SKY IYO has been unable to successfully defend her belt. That changed on last night’s SmackDown when SKY defeated Asuka to keep her title.

First in Stock: Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre easily transitioned from losing low card tag team battles with Matt Riddle to defeating Jey Uso in the Raw main event when Matt Riddle left the company. A McIntyre heel turn and high-level feud with Cody Rhodes are more likely as a result of the concluding angle, in which Drew and Cody Rhodes chose differently to save Jey from a Judgment Day beating.
