Burnley drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground four days ago to earn its first Premier League point of the year at the fifth attempt.
Zeki Amdouni scored our goal right before halftime to give us the lead, but Luca Koleosho, who was in excellent form and earned the man of the match and player ratings awards for the first time, constructed it well.
He received 49% of the vote for man of the match, beating out Charlie Taylor, who was back in the running and received 32% of the vote. Third and fourth places still needed to be determined, but they were taken by Jordan Beyer and Amdouni, who both received 5% of the vote, with Beyer coming in third by a margin of four votes.
Six members of the team received player ratings that were close to seven out of 10. Once more, Koleosho took first place with a score of 7.87 out of 10, closely followed by Taylor with a 7.84. Amdouni came in third with a rating of 7.56, while Sander Berge, who had entered as a substitute, had a wonderfully dazzling cameo.
